In addition to over 4000 AI Applications & LLMs (AI Apps, or Apps) automatically discovered by WitnessAI, you can add public and in-house browser-based Apps to the App Catalog for immediate observability with the Generic App Framework.
WitnessAI App Capabilities by Tier
Tier 1 — Network & API Level
Deepest capabilities: prompt & response capture, intent, data redaction, routing, blocking, and warning. Attachment support continues to roll out.
Tier 2 — App-Specific JavaScript Injection (Control-Lite)
Tier 2 supports prompts, responses, and intent. Block, warn, and attachment support varies by app, as shown in table above.
Tier 3 — Generic App Framework (Non-Specific JS Injection)
Tier 3 supports prompts and intent. Thousands of browser-based Apps in our App Catalog are supported.
Customers can add any browser-based AI App to the App Catalog, and user prompts and intentions will automatically be collected.

The Generic App Framework (Tier 3), supports most web browser-based AI clients automatically, once they are added to the App Catalog by WitnessAI, or by customers. To opt-in to this Beta program, contact Customer Success or your Account Team.
